The lazy days or the days things have to get going fast.
We all know them and therefore I wanted my first blog post to be a quick and easy recipe you can pull off any time. 
Whether you `re in need of a good breakfast or an afternoon snack.
A bowl with lots of fruits and nutrients is always a great option.

  1. STEP 1 - First of all, you need 250g plant based joghurt of your choice. Most of the times I take a vanilla flavoured one, but you can get creative there. Now add about 25g of plain oats and give it a good whirl. If you want here is the moment to add some cinnamon, but thats totally up to you. 
  2. STEP 2 - Now it`s time for the fruit section of our bowl. I always cut one banana and decorate as the base layer on my joghurt - oat mixture. After that its time for some berries. I always use frozen ones, because it is easy and they are always available oin our freezer. I would take a good handful and hold them under warm water for a few seconds that they get at least a little bit unfrozen. This time I used blueberries and some pomegranate.
  3. STEP 3 - Finally I add about one tbsp chia seeds, some almonds and coconut chips. You can also go some cashews more fruit, flax seeds or basically everything else you can find in your pantry.

"To get your berries unfrozen and eatable quickly, just hold them under warm water for a few seconds. They will still be cold but you will enjoy them a lot more."
